WebI recently bought an NZXT AER RGB fan pack that comes with a Hue+ and after I bought an extension kit so I could have RGB lights. I quickly realized I needed another connection cable for the Hue+ and contacted customer support about it. It's been over 3 days and I've gotten nothing back. Is this normal?
