Close down your game again without saving and then restart and reload the save game. If you saved by accident, load your backup. WebbIf the homes and houses are not there, repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair. Go to your saves folder which is in your sims 4 folder and see if you still have save files there. Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps.
